Studio G Architects led the transformation of the Orchard Trimble Campus, a 220,000-square-foot, three-building office complex in North San Jose that had sat vacant for years. Originally a 1970s-era property, the campus required a comprehensive repositioning to compete within the highly visible “Renovation Row” corridor. Studio G partnered with ownership to reimagine the project, delivering new lobby experiences, upgraded windows and restrooms, modern amenity spaces, refreshed common areas, and fully updated electrical and mechanical systems. A dramatic new glass curtain wall establishes a contemporary identity and strong street presence, while a sheltered courtyard physically and visually connects the three buildings. The renovation successfully repositioned the campus, culminating in a 220,000-square-foot lease by Toshiba America Electronic Components.
