The Quad

Studio G Architects was retained to lead exterior and lobby upgrades for this 410,000-square-foot, seven-building campus. The primary design challenge was the lack of visible entries, so Studio G focused on creating a clear sense of arrival through enhanced entry points, visual cues, and opportunities for tenant signage. The project included upgraded lobbies and the design of market-ready suites.  The campus was further enhanced with a state-of-the-art outdoor amenity environment featuring a grab-and-go café, volleyball court, and bocce ball court and reimagined gathering spaces that create a welcoming, connected campus environment.
