The Quad at 2400–2450 Sand Hill Road is a vibrant transformation of two iconic Cliff May-designed buildings totaling 34,000 square feet. In collaboration with Site/Techcon, Studio G reimagined this legacy campus as a forward-thinking workplace destination, blending sustainability with resort-inspired design. The renovation prioritizes indoor-outdoor connectivity through expansive patios, private courtyards, and natural light-filled interiors. Reconfigured layouts and infrastructure upgrades support flexible, hospitality-driven work styles that foster both focus and collaboration.
The design honors the site’s architectural roots while meeting the evolving needs of today’s workforce. The property was successfully leased to a leading venture capital firm in 2024, with DivcoWest calling it “the pinnacle of workplace destinations.” This new chapter emphasizes well-being, creativity, and connection—hallmarks of the Sand Hill Collection community.
