Envisioned by founder Paul Swing, Techcon’s headquarters unites the firm’s construction and design teams within a collaborative campus while activating a prominent vacant site in Morgan Hill. Located at the corner of Monterey Road and Cochrane, the 3.34-acre development reflects Techcon’s growth, community focus, and Bay Area roots. Studio G Architects partnered with Techcon to create a forward-thinking headquarters that supports daily operations, flexible work, and community events.

The campus is anchored by The Shed, a two-story building housing leadership offices, collaborative studio space, leasable tenant suites, manufacturing functions, and indoor-outdoor event areas that capture views to the western hills. A second structure, The Barn, supports fabrication and construction operations. Industrial materials, climate-responsive glazing, and solar-ready design reinforce performance and identity, while landscape strategies honor the region’s agricultural heritage. Completed in 2021, the project was recognized with the SVBJ Facade Award for its impactful architectural expression.
