Santa Clara Towers – Exterior & Lobby

Studio G was retained by Hines to reposition Santa Clara Towers as a modern, amenity-rich campus designed to help tenants “Reach New Heights.” Capital improvements included transforming both the exterior and interior to meet the expectations of today’s workforce. A striking overhead canopy now connects the two towers, creating a bold new entry statement and a sense of cohesion across the site. Outdoor amenity areas beneath and around the canopy use low feature walls and built-in counters to define inviting gathering zones. Inside, the renovated lobby features a lush living green wall, custom reception desk, and a variety of café-style seating and collaborative lounge areas.

Large-scale graphics energize the space, while a new grab-and-go café extends the offering of the on-site restaurant, Birks. These enhancements, paired with a fresh design language and hospitality-infused approach, establish Santa Clara Towers as a vibrant workplace destination that prioritizes comfort, connection, and tenant experience.
