Santa Clara Family Health Plan

Studio G was selected to design the new headquarters for Santa Clara Family Health Plan, a publicly funded agency providing low- and no-cost health coverage to underserved communities. Working within a cost-conscious budget, we delivered a welcoming, efficient, and uplifting environment that supports both staff and member needs.

The design incorporates biophillic elements and vibrant colors throughout, reflecting the organization’s mission of wellness and care. A large wood wall graphic in the lobby echoes the trees just outside, creating a visual connection to nature. The office includes member meeting rooms and amenities, open and private offices, a secure server room, conference and training rooms, and a café for staff.

A new entry feature enhances visibility and provides a strong sense of arrival, while an on-site gym and outdoor amenity space support employee health and work-life balance. The resulting headquarters reflects SCFHP’s commitment to community, dignity, and service in a thoughtfully designed space.
