Originally constructed as a windowless racquetball complex, this building was reimagined through a comprehensive transformation. New perimeter glazing and a centrally located mezzanine introduce daylight and create a dramatic double-height space that anchors the workplace. Performance upgrades—including electronically tinted glass, high-volume fans, a rooftop photovoltaic array, and enhanced insulation—support a net-zero energy design.

Designed for Clover Networks, a provider of next-generation point-of-sale technology, the space balances open, collaborative environments with the security required to protect sensitive payment solutions. The ground floor serves as a shared hub for collaboration, social interaction, and company gatherings, while secure stair access leads to focused workstations and labs above. Reclaimed steel, concrete, wood, and glass deliver a refined, timeless aesthetic rooted in authenticity and performance.
