Studio G was commissioned to design two 150,000-square-foot market-ready office properties for Airbnb. The second project, located at 4301 Great America Parkway, spans six floors and features a comprehensive tenant-ready design. The client’s goal was to create an environment that fosters renewed connections and creates environments that support the evolving nature of work. The ground floor includes a lobby, elevator core, restrooms, open office space, and a café/all-hands area connected to a new outdoor amenity and fitness center. Levels two through six incorporate open office layouts, conference rooms, break areas, and support spaces. The sixth floor features a coffee bar adjacent to an outdoor balcony, offering a flexible space for meetings or relaxation. Hospitality-inspired design elements, rich wood and earth tones, and a moody color palette create a warm, inviting environment enhanced by abundant natural light throughout.
Entire 300,000-sf property Leased to Zscaler in May 2025.
