Santa Clara Towers – Amenities

As part of Hines’ repositioning of Santa Clara Towers, Studio G designed a best-in-class amenity center to enhance the tenant experience and foster a sense of community. Adjacent to the main lobby, the 8,300-square-foot tenant amenity space includes a golf simulator, gaming zone, flexible lounge areas, and a training and conference center—creating a hub for both relaxation and collaboration.

The 11,000-square-foot fitness center offers a wide range of wellness features, including a yoga room, aerobics studio, open gym with free weights and machines, Peloton bikes, treadmills, and upgraded locker rooms. The thoughtful layout and variety of offerings were designed to support tenant health, productivity, and work-life balance.

With its blend of active, social, and restorative spaces, the amenity center reflects a hospitality-driven approach to workplace design. It brings energy and value to the Santa Clara Towers campus, positioning it as a premier destination for modern, engaged tenants.
