The design goal for Central Park Plaza was to transform a stark, disconnected environment into a welcoming and cohesive campus that appeals to smaller technology tenants. Architectural upgrades differentiate each building while strengthening identity through vibrant entry elements, clear wayfinding, and updated signage set against a refined dark gray palette. Interior lobby renovations introduce a modern, open feel, while new amenities—including a 2,000-square-foot fitness center, a 1,500-square-foot conference center, and 1,500 square feet of retail—enhance the tenant experience.
Campus landscape improvements unify the property and introduce collaborative outdoor gathering spaces. Strategic interventions, focused on less than one acre of the 25-acre site, activate key areas with flexible seating, community tables, and relaxation zones. Drought-tolerant, native planting and efficient irrigation reduce water use while elevating the campus experience. The repositioning has driven strong leasing momentum and positions the property for long-term success.
