Studio G Architects designed the core-and-shell exterior for this new 34,000-square-foot, two-story Class A office building, which serves as the Sales, Marketing, and Leasing headquarters for Prologis at the International Park of Commerce (IPC). Situated within an 1,800-acre, fully entitled master-planned development in San Joaquin County—often referred to as the “Gateway to the Central Valley”—the building establishes a strong architectural presence within the campus. The exterior design balances clarity, durability, and refinement, reinforcing Prologis’ brand while supporting IPC’s long-term vision as a premier industrial and commercial destination. Thoughtful massing, material articulation, and proportion create a modern, professional identity that complements the scale of the broader development and positions the building as a welcoming front door for clients, partners, and future growth.
