Studio G provided architectural design services for the modernization of Orchard Commons, a six-building, 315,000-square-foot office campus set across 18 acres in North San Jose. Acquired by Lane Partners in 2012, the campus underwent a comprehensive transformation over 18 months to reposition it as a contemporary, tenant-focused workplace environment.

The low-density campus planning allows for generous landscaping and thoughtfully integrated outdoor work and amenity spaces, creating a strong connection between buildings and the surrounding site. Elevated landscape levels enhance circulation and activation throughout the campus, while efficient 80,000-square-foot floor plates enable tenants to accommodate entire teams on a single floor—supporting flexibility, collaboration, and long-term adaptability.
