The challenge for these buildings came from ubiquitous black glass, a tiny, recessed lobby, and a need for interior upgrades at lobbies and restrooms.

The primary intervention was therefore the creation of new fenestration, and a dramatic three-story structure at the main lobby. The lobby itself is two stories high, with the third story available for tenant use.

In addition, we saw an opportunity to create a stronger presence, in balance, for the two secondary buildings, and a compelling set of outdoor amenities between the buildings.
